Tara

I began the Tara painting when I first came to the West of Ireland in 2013 and for a few weeks the energy and inspiration flowed well, but then stopped and the urge to restart would not reignite for 6 months and until I arrived on the Hill of Tara. Sometime before the period  of inaction  someone had    mentioned  that Tara, Brigid, Kali, Kuan Yin and the American Sky Woman  all had links with ravens and hares, though not entirely sure of the truth of the links, I decided to incorporate them anyway as I have learnt to trust and go with the direction.  Tara is the goddess of universal compassion who represents virtuous and enlightened activity.
