AWK03 Phoenix Rising

Phoenix Arising painting was inspired during an important planetary alignment in 2012.The painting began while I had felt directed to step away from the completion of Stepping Into The Fire. It was very unusual for me to start and stop a painting, but through the chaos that came from stepping into the fire, I began to be hopeful that things were moving forward and old patterns clearing for me. I always lit candles to set the sacred space each day before starting on the work, Phoenix Rising began to make me aware that there wasn't any goal or connection to move into, we just forget the knowledge, we are always constantly in the loving embrace of the Beloved, we just forget.
