AWAK06 Lifespirit

Lifespirit is another painting that I can vividly remember standing before the completed work and being wrapped in a real sense of humility and blessing, and the wonder how I created it. Lifespirit was the start of a series of the largest paintings that I accomplished between 2012 and 2015.Over the years its a joy to see the painting keep evolving over time, with offerings often added to the piece while its sat in the gallery. Even after the many years from its birth, I still can sit and wonder, how on earth did I create this. I find that its way beyond description of its meaning, the only way to share it is to say that there was the paper, brush and pen in motion but there was no sign of Courtney in its action.
